About
NorthPalm Capital identifies and invests in high-growth opportunities to compound shareholder value over time.
How We Invest.
NorthPalm Capital is focused on the value of the opportunity. We invest across a wide range of timelines and risk profiles, from shorter-term positions with defined exit opportunities to longer-term investments where value may compound over time. Our approach is not limited by a fixed holding period or a narrow mandate. We evaluate each opportunity on its individual merits, with a focus on undervalued situations, mispriced assets, and investments with identifiable near-term catalysts.
Strategic Partnership Approach
NorthPalm is not a passive investor. In many cases, we work closely with portfolio companies in an advisory or strategic partnership capacity, giving us greater visibility into operations, growth plans, and evolving business conditions. This hands-on involvement helps us better understand the trajectory of an investment, identify opportunities to support value creation, and make more informed decisions about our positions over time.
AI-Enhanced Research
Artificial intelligence is an important part of the NorthPalm Capital platform. We believe AI will play a major role in the future of finance, and we incorporate advanced AI-driven tools and workflows into our research and evaluation process. These capabilities help us identify opportunities, process information efficiently, and strengthen our analytical edge. Final investment decisions, however, remain with our management team.
Flexible Mandate
Our structure allows us to be flexible in how we deploy capital. We can pursue opportunities across different stages, durations, and risk levels, rather than forcing investments into a predefined model. This flexibility allows us to act where we see value, adapt as conditions evolve, and remain focused on opportunities that offer compelling upside.
Clear Objective
Our objective is to increase Net Asset Value over time through selective investing, disciplined decision-making, and active management of capital. Then translate that growth into shareholder value.
Our Investment Approach
NorthPalm Capital takes an opportunity-driven approach to investing. We are not confined to a single timeframe, strategy, or risk profile. Instead, we evaluate each investment based on its underlying value, downside protection, and potential catalysts for appreciation. This allows us to allocate capital across short-term, medium-term, and long-term opportunities, ranging from more defensive positions to higher-conviction investments where the upside justifies the risk.
Real-Time Market Value

The Public Company Advantage
Liquidity Without a Locked-Up Structure
NorthPalm Capital gives shareholders access to a public market vehicle without the extended lock-up periods common in private equity and venture structures. Investors can enter or exit through the public market while maintaining exposure to our investment strategy.
Capital With Flexibility
Because we are not bound by a traditional fund lifecycle, we can align holding periods with the opportunity itself. We may act on near-term catalysts, hold positions through strategic milestones, or remain invested longer when we believe additional value can be realized.
Public-Market Transparency
Our structure is built on visibility and accountability. Regular filings, financial statements, and public disclosures provide shareholders with a clearer view of our strategy, capital allocation, and ongoing execution.
